FIRST THE BAD.
RUST ALLOVER!!! FRAME HAS BEEN CRACKED AND REPAIRED AT THE SEATPOST AREA IN THE 80'S. HAS BEEN USED AFTER THE REPAIR. COLOUR LOOKS DONE OVER WITH A DIFFERENT KIND OF BLUE. THE PREVIOUS OWNER DOES NOT RECALL THAT. I THINK THAT IS THE CASE. YOU PASS YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT OVER IT.
 
THE FORK IS RUSTY BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ASK FOR THESE FORKS NOWADAYS!!! DG is still visible and the rust is on the surface. Cleaning will not bring her shine back that is my guess. You are welcome to prove me wrong in this case. Which would be great.
 
Dropouts are ok. Used but not chewed. 
she does not have to go. Rock her like this or work on her body and own some of the most epic bikes ever!
